How do I get a copy of my receipt from a purchase via the App or Website?

Downloading a copy will need to be done via your account on the website. The app is used for viewing receipts only.

Once logged into your account, you can view any and all of your receipts from ‘My Activity’.

1. Go to My Activity using the menu at the bottom of the app
2. Click/Touch the purchase you would like to view the receipt for
3. Click on View Receipt

To download a copy of your receipts, please log into your account on the website.

Go to ‘My Bookings’.

1. Go to My Account and click My Bookings
2. Click on the drop-down box to change between Current, Upcoming or Passed purchases made either via the app or the website.
3. When your parking history has loaded, click on the ‘Download’ Icon underneath Receipt. This will download the receipt as a html file, from which you can print or save in your chosen format.
