If you have booked for the future and wish to cancel
If you have purchased parking via our Book in Advance feature (Daily and Weekly tickets only) and the ticket has not yet started, you can cancel your booking via the Saba app or website, following the steps below

On the App
- Select ‘My Activity’ and expand your ticket with the little arrow on the right side.
- Select ‘More’ followed by ‘Cancel Booking’.
On the Saba website
- Go to your Dashboard and choose the ‘My Transactions’ tab
- Go to your Dashboard and choose the ‘My Transactions’ tab
- Click on the Cancel button and confirm.
