Resetting Password - Video
Please click on the ‘Forgot Password?’ link under the Login button on the login screen. Enter your email address and click on the ‘Request a Reset’ button. A link will be sent to your email to reset your password. Please click on the link to set another password for your account.
If you have clicked on the ‘Request a Reset’ and do not receive the follow-up email, please double check the email set in the Reset Password section of the app before submitting again.
If you still do not receive a reset password email, please go to www.sabaparking.co.uk and click on the My Account Icon in the Navigation Menu. Please click ‘Forgot Password?’, enter your email address and wait for the email to come through with the password reset link.
If neither of these methods are working, please check you Spam/Junk folder and if the email is not there either, please contact us and a member of our team will be able to help.
