I want a refund for my weekly ticket

You are unable to use your weekly ticket and want a full or partial refund

Weekly tickets are sold on the basis that a space is not guaranteed. As such, these are sold at a discounted rate. If the car park cannot be used due to being full, a refund is not provided on the basis that the remaining days of parking would still equate to a greater value to that paid for the weekly ticket.

If a weekly ticket is surrendered after a few days of being issued, a refund may be due. Please immediately contact the Customer Support Team, so that the ticket can be cancelled and any remaining balance, refunded. Refunds are issued on a pro rated basis.
