If you have just made the booking and realised that you have entered the incorrect registration
If you have just purchased a ticket for the wrong vehicle registration, you can now amend the VRM on your current purchase using the app or website via your account. Follow the below steps, or get in touch with our Customer Support team.
Step 1 – Go to the dashboard in your account
Step 2 – Click through to My Vehicles
Step 3 – Click “Add New Vehicle”
Step 4 – Go to “Manage My Booking”
Step 5 – Select your current purchase
Step 6 – Click the “Vehicle Drop Down”
Step 7 – Select the correct vehicle from the “Vehicle Drop Down”
Step 8 – Your vehicle has been updated
